Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Milwaukee seeks a Network Engineer to monitor and maintain local and wide area network infrastructure across our operations. You will work with IT service providers, ensure connectivity, and support project initiatives to keep systems secure and efficient.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, risk assessment, and documentation of network infrastructure. A Bachelor's in IT and at least 3 years of networking experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of networking IT experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure equipment.
• Use network management tools to monitor health and performance.
• Manage VPN infrastructure and network circuitry technologies.
• Isolate and resolve network-related service calls and problems.
• Provide technical assistance across devices, circuitry, and core infrastructure.
• Conduct risk analysis before technology decisions.
