Job summary

Qualifications

• A 4-year technical degree is required.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of directly related I&C experience in a project/systems engineering role.
• Experience with DCS/PLC and industrial networks in energy/industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with IEEE, IEC, ISA standards and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in control system engineering and networked ICS development.
• Design, configure, and maintain industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA).
• Ensure regulatory and cybersecurity compliance (NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Develop system architecture designs and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on network-centric solutions and mentor staff.
