Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a circuit and telecom support specialist to manage end-to-end lifecycle of circuits, TSRs, and service provisioning. The role requires TS clearance and experience with VTC environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of circuit management, telecom, VTC, or network support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Active TS clearance is required.
• CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certifications preferred.
• Travel may be required for the role.
• Working knowledge of DISA circuit processes and telecom workflows; strong documentation and customer coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of telecommunications circuits, including TSRs, web orders, and service provisioning; coordinate with external providers and validate against TSOs.
• Maintain circuit inventory, documentation, and configuration data; conduct audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide operational support for VTC environments: installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of conferencing hardware and software.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VTC network connectivity, bandwidth, and services; coordinate conference support and resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare and deliver circuit completion, exception, and status reports; update leadership on open telecom and VTC issues and project progress.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecommunications circuits, including submitting and tracking Telecommunications Service Requests (TSRs), web orders, and service provisioning activities while coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely delivery and validating services against authorized Telecommunications Service Orders (TSOs).
• Maintain comprehensive circuit inventory records, historical documentation, and configuration data, conducting periodic audits, revalidations, and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Provide operational support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) environments, including installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of conferencing hardware, software, codecs, displays, and related communications equipment to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VTC network connectivity, bandwidth utilization, and telecommunications services, coordinating conference support activities and rapidly resolving connectivity, service, and performance issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Prepare and deliver circuit completion, exception, and status reports within established timelines, while providing recurring updates to leadership and stakeholders on open telecommunications and VTC issues, service requests, and project progress.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 3+ years circuit management, telecom, VTC, or network support.
• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business (preferred); equivalent experience considered.
• Clearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ or CCNA (preferred).
• Travel may be required for role.
• Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Working knowledge of DISA circuit processes and telecom workflows; strong documentation and customer coordination skills.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $88,000 to $111,000 The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
