Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Network Refresh Project Manager to lead the portfolio delivery of Network AI and Agentic Transformation initiatives across multiple work streams, teams, and stakeholders.

This 12‑month contract, with extension possibility to 18 months, requires translating strategic objectives into a portfolio roadmap, coordinating delivery, governing risks and dependencies, and delivering end-to-end visibility into progress and execution health.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading portfolio, program, or large-scale transformation or refresh delivery across interdependent work streams in a complex enterprise infrastructure environment.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into a sequenced portfolio roadmap, prioritized delivery plan, and measurable target outcomes.
• Experience with governance routines, status reporting, milestones, tollgates, escalation management, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern the portfolio delivery of Network AI and Agentic Transformation across multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.
• Translate priorities into a structured portfolio roadmap, delivery plan, and a sequenced set of initiatives aligned to outcomes and capacity.
• Establish and run portfolio routines including kick-offs, status reviews, governance forums, tollgates, and escalation cadences.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into portfolio health, risks, issues, dependencies, schedule, and financials.
