Job summary

Dunkin Cadette/Nadreau Network in Athol, MA is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop and coach restaurant team members, ensuring adherence to brand standards and food safety guidelines.

You will deliver on-the-job training, use Brand and franchisee tools to onboard new staff, and help the team roll out new products while maintaining excellent guest service.

This on-site role requires clear communication, teamwork, and leading by example to inspire consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in training or coaching restaurant staff.
• Familiarity with brand standards and food safety basics.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
