Job summary

Dunkin' in Massachusetts is seeking a Restaurant Trainer to lead and coach team members on roles, responsibilities, and brand standards, ensuring food safety and consistent guest service across shifts. This on-site role is based in Otter River, MA and requires hands-on leadership daily.

You will onboard new hires, implement training tools provided by Brand and franchisees, guide rollout of new products, and model excellence for the team while communicating clearly with managers.

Responsibilities

• Train restaurant team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
