Job summary

Richland County Government is seeking a Networks & Telecommunications Analyst II to design, implement, and support the 911 center networking environment. The role may fill in for the Network Manager when needed and will interact with department heads across the County.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external consultants and vendors, traveling to various county sites, and reporting to the 911 Network Manager. The position is based at the 911 Operations Center.

Qualifications

  • Must have successfully completed college level coursework in related topics, or attended related professional seminars.
  • Must be able to supply written proof of completion for all coursework/degrees used to satisfy minimum training requirements.

Travels in personal car to computer sites throughout the County.
