We are looking for a Network Technician

In this position, you will provide in-depth desktop support to users and assist the IT Administrator with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving PC, server, and network issues. You will work closely with the IT Administrator on daily tasks, providing technical support via phone or in person. Responsibilities include troubleshooting cell phone issues, printers, copiers, and software support. The ability to work independently and troubleshoot network problems as they arise is essential.

Required Experience
  • Associate degree in Network Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited two-year college, with 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of experience with an N+ certification, or 5+ years in Network Administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows networks and workstations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Windows Server and AEC Autodesk software is preferred.
  • A+ certification.
  • N+ certification.

Salary

$65K – $83K annually
