Job summary

CHS Career Site is seeking a Network Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals on-site in Powell, TN. You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while supporting virtual desktops and server environments.

Essential duties include configuring network systems, installing routers, switches, and firewalls, monitoring performance, and ensuring security across the network.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• 2–4 years of PC hardware experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage network systems to meet organizational needs.
• Install and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support.
• Maintain documentation of work orders and system changes.
