Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Network Technician in Louisville, KY to install and configure our expanding remote network infrastructure and to troubleshoot issues with speed and reliability. You will work with the IT team to solve problems using your knowledge of network technologies.

Responsibilities include monitoring LAN and WAN health, configuring routers, firewalls, switches and access points, conducting audits for standard configurations, supporting end users, and upgrading equipment as

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Meraki, Cisco IOS, ASA firewalls, ISE, MPLS, subnetting, VLANs, RADIUS, EIGRP, BGP, VOIP, QoS, Cisco AnyConnect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, nights or weekends when necessary.
• A+, Net+, CCENT, CCNA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the network using provided tools to ensure LAN/WAN equipment health.
• Collaborate with Network Administrator to ensure health and reliability of remote networks.
• Conduct audits on routers, switches and access points for standard configurations.
• Provide end-user support on networking issues.
• Install and configure routers, firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair remote networking equipment.
• Provide backup assistance to Network Administrator.
• Identify bottlenecks to improve network efficiency.
• Ensure network operates securely.
• Collaborate with IT team and management.
• Perform upgrades to network equipment as needed.
