Calance is seeking a Network Technician for a hybrid role (3 days onsite) to support day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure activities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will perform cable tracing, rack and stack activities, and hardware troubleshooting in campus and factory settings.

• Strong Layer 1 networking knowledge and foundational networking skills.
• Experience with copper and fiber cabling standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot physical connectivity issues, including patch panels, transceivers, cabling, and interfaces.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching and routing concepts, DNS and DHCP, and network troubleshooting methods.
• Experience using cable testers and basic network diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read network diagrams and documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent customer-facing communication.

• Escalate complex networking issues to senior engineering resources when required.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi connectivity issues from AP to end user device.
