• Monitor and support all aspects of infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with infrastructure systems.
• Install and manage server hardware and software in a virtual and physical environment.
• Share on-call responsibilities for critical issues impacting infrastructure.
• Research and recommend new products to enhance infrastructure operations.
