Position

Network Engineer

Essential Duties

• Analyze client needs, market trends, and business requirements to design tailored IT solutions utilizing internet-related products and technologies.
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations based on technical expertise and industry insights.
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, and telephony hardware/software (remote and on-site support, business travel as required).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across IT infrastructure, providing 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents (non-shift based).
• Maintain and optimize network, server, and IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Support and maintain the company’s backbone network in the U.S. region in coordination with global network teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute the rollout of new products and services, including network security solutions.
• Manage strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers throughout project implementation and operational support.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide regular project status reports to management.
• Conduct product research, market analysis, and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Maintain the following latest standards of technologies to provide appropriate IT-solutions to meet the customer’s requirement.

• Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and other major network vendor’s devices.
• Unix/Linux, Windows server operation and maintenance.
• Security software and solutions for servers and PCs.
• Local and Wide Area Network technologies.
• Virtualization and storage technologies.
