Job summary

GenoaBank is hiring a Network Engineer to manage and troubleshoot the bank's network systems, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and security policies. The role collaborates with senior IT leadership to enhance efficiency and protect sensitive data.

The successful candidate will possess CCNA or equivalent certification, 3+ years in network operations, and hands-on experience with firewalls and Windows server environments. Regular business hours with potential on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with CCNA or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in network operations or related role.
• Familiar with firewall OS and network security practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee firewalls, wireless access points and network infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and monitor for threats.
• Collaborate with CIO to design/modify networks for efficiency and security.
• Provide end-user network support and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and device upgrades as needed.
