Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Network Systems Engineer to join the OHTECH | OARnet Support Center. You will analyze traffic, perform scans with Tenable, and build integrations to security services while connecting reports to ServiceNow and Splunk.

You will provide real-time incident support for DDoS events, offer customer consultation, and contribute to documentation and internal operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related systems area.
  • 2 years of Python, experience in a Unix development environment.
  • 2 years of Unix shell scripting, SVN, or GIT Version control, C/C++ programming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
