Responsibilities

• Performs daily data backups of vital Department data for recovery.
• Updates firewall configurations to meet current access and security requirements.
• Provides access to RIDE LAN resources for new users.
• Provides limited desktop support to RIDE users in absence of primary staff.
• Advises desktop support staff on advanced issues and best practices.
• Maintains and troubleshoots RIDE Oracle databases and related systems.
