Responsibilities

The Network/Systems Administrator is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced server, networking, and cloud services issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Escalations
• o Critical system down issues where collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is necessary to come to a resolution.
• o Complex issues that have made their way through the Desktop Support team without resolution.
• o Documents details of resolution and communicated those details to Helion team and clients.
• Collaborates with Tier III support team to resolve escalated issues.
• Directly responsible for managing and resolving all Executive and Owner level escalations.
• Coordinates with outside vendors to resolve high level escalations from the Service Desk.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Microsoft Sever 2003-2019 Operating Systems

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and decommission
• Manage and maintain settings
• Configure, test, and deploy Group Policy
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory domains in a multi-server domain/forest
