Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great company to recruit an OT NOC Administrator. The role involves monitoring OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, servers, and networks, and responding to alarms within SLAs. You will perform initial troubleshooting and provide basic support for OT infrastructure.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, prior NOC work, and the ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in a NOC or similar technical environment.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system changes and enhancements.

Job description

Compensation: $40 - $58 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, servers, and networks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Operational Technology or industrial environment experience
• SCADA, PLC, or HMI experience
• Windows Server administration
• CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ISA/IEC 62443 certification
• Experience supporting OT networks or infrastructure
