Job summary

KDDI America in Los Angeles is seeking a Technician for O&M support in a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center. The role requires bilingual Japanese and English, basic PC skills, and on-site work at 626 Wilshire Blvd, LA, CA.

Shifts rotate 7-3, 3-11 and 11-3, including weekends/holidays. You will support networks, datacenters, international transmission, submarine cables and IT solutions for a Fortune Global 500 company.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Japanese and English.
• Basic PC Skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc).
• Shift position including night shift and weekends (rotation).
• Employment Eligibility: Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Technician for O&M support at a 24/7/365 NOC over networks, data centers, international transmission, submarine cables and IT solutions.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure and IT services as required.

Technician for O&M support at 24/7/365 Network Operation Center for any network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure and IT solution services

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese and in English
• Basic PC Skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc)
• Shift positionincluding night shift and weekends (rotation)
  Additional Details:
• Employment Eligibility: Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Schedule: 7-3, 3-11 and 11-3 (three different shifts changing every week, (5) work days per week) including working weekends/holidays
• Location: On-site(626 Wilshire Blvd, LA, CA)

Compensation: $21.64 per hour
