勤務時間 7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 and 23:00-7:00 (three different shifts changing every week)

Summary

A Japanese IT company is looking for a Network Support Technician.

Essential Duties

Technician for O&M support at 24/7/365 Network Operation Center for any network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure and IT solution services. Customer support, handling incoming customer calls and emails. Basic technical troubleshooting of network services following the documentation such as action procedure and workflows. OJT will be provided in the long term.

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve trouble reports
• Monitor and maintain the customer's network environment.
• Check and inspect for alerts when the network is down, and record logs.

Working Hours, Working style

Schedule: 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 (three different shifts changing every week) including working weekends/holidays (5 work days per week).

44K~ 45K

• Bonuses are given twice a year.
• A night shift allowance of $60 per day will be provided.
• There will be a 30-minute overtime due to a handover meeting. Overtime pay will be provided for this time as well.

Holiday

• The schedule consists of five consecutive working days followed by two days off.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Japanese and English (One of the languages must be at a fluent level) (It’s okay if you're not perfectly bilingual)
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills at a middle to high school level
