Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end network deployments in the Bay Area. The role requires 6–12 years of PM/coordination experience, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement, with onsite work at customer locations.

Preferred certifications include ITIL and PMP. The position follows a US shift with occasional timezone adjustments to support project needs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for network deployments, including resource planning, task allocation, and scheduling.
• Regular project tracking, status updates, and risk communication to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules and status reports, updating SOPs and MOPs as needed.

• ITIL, PMP certification will be preferred.

• Experience in implementing Infrastructure and Networking domains.
• Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including:

• Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners
• Schedules and coordinates project reviews and follows up on assigned actions. Create and maintain project schedules and status reports
• Revise documents as new issues arise and coordinate in CAPA creation
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs
