Job summary

• Assess project performance, conduct audits, and manage deployment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide project forecasts and planning.
• Manage large teams and vendor performance for infrastructure delivery management services.

Qualification

• 5-8 Years of IT Infra Project/Delivery management/coordination experience.

Project Management & Technical Experience

• Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains.


• Provide Project/Delivery Management services for Network deployments, including

• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.


• Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners.


• Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.


• Prepare and update documents like SOP, MOP, Swim line Process diagram etc.


• Asset management.


• Forward and reverse logistics (RMA/Returns).


• Enterprise infrastructure project planning, release management and help desk.


• Vendor compliance management & program governance via KPI metrics.


• Strategy and synergy - identify the right resource & new delivery methodology.


• Adhere to ITIL standards and establish & implement effective programs and processes.
