Job summary

Winsupply is seeking a proactive Network Support Analyst Intern to ensure network connectivity, assist customers, and resolve computer problems via phone, occasionally in person, or remotely. You will support end users with hardware and software usage.

You will monitor and troubleshoot enterprise networks, escalate to NOC as needed, and continue to expand technical knowledge through training and certifications. This paid internship offers mentorship and real‑world project experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university or college, at undergraduate or master’s level.
• One semester post‑graduation.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, and resolves first level incidents related to enterprise network; diagnoses, troubleshoots, and reports on problems.
• Takes client calls and assists remote sites to troubleshoot PCs, printers, VPN, Cisco devices, and Office apps.
• Escalates tickets to the NOC when appropriate and follows up until resolution.
• Continues to improve technical knowledge through ongoing training and certifications.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Network Support Analyst Intern to ensure network connectivity, answer questions, and resolve computer problems for customers via telephone, occasionally in person, or electronically (remotely). Will provide customer assistance concerning the everyday use of computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, and resolves first level incidents related to enterprise network; discovers, diagnoses, troubleshoots, facilitates repair, and reports on problems with network devices
• Takes client calls and works with remote sites to troubleshoot issues including but not limited to: PC’s, Monitors, Cisco IP Phones, Mobile Devices, Viruses, Printers, ISP modems, Web Browsers, Microsoft Office, Email, VPN, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, SD‑WAN Routers, and EMV Devices
• Escalates tickets to the Network Operations Center (NOC), when appropriate
• Follows up on open tickets and keeps in contact with end user until issue is resolved
• Continues to improve technical knowledge through on‑going training and certifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.

Physical Demands

• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, other computer components, and warehouse equipment.
