Network Analysis Manager – Operations Strategy, Planning & Insights

This role will support the development of long-term strategy for JWN's store, digital and reverse supply chain networks — shaping how product flows to and from customers to drive efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.

The team is looking for an analytical strategy professional, who independently develops and maintains advanced analyses and translates findings into practical recommendations. Success here means proactively identifying and driving strategic initiatives, using data to inform decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to strengthen network design, logistics, and operational agility.

This role translates mid- to long-term demand plans, supply sources, and physical asset locations into flow strategies that balance customer experience, service, and cost — spanning everything from multi-year capital and network plans to bi-annual operational flow plans.

The role's complexity is its edge: it demands someone who can move fluidly between theoretical strategy and operational reality, and who can align diverse teams — Merchandising, Inventory Deployment, Store Ops, Field Ops, Data Science, Technology, and Digital Ops — around trade-offs and a shared path forward. This role will navigate countless variables and details while delivering results across multiple organizations and geographies.

A day in the life…

• Analyze and deliver continuous optimization of end-to-end supply chain flows, driving requirements and strategies for Network Optimization & Simulation modeling
• Execute an operating cadence for project analysis including data collection, diagnosis assessment, scenario modeling, leadership alignment & deployment planning
• Connect workstreams to broader strategic context, creating executive-level narratives and synthesizing analysis and workstreams into logical story-telling that drives towards North Star visions for the Enterprise
• Build a network of internal and external stakeholders to seek out innovation and anticipate future business needs

You own this if you have…

• 5+ years of experience demonstrating robust strategic &/or analytical skills
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional, high-profile projects or programs
• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, finance, entrepreneurship, analytics, supply chain, operations management, or similar field
• Proven experience managing ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization
• Ability to present to senior leaders, speaks up confidently, actively listens to others, understands and values others’ views
• Demonstrated experience bringing opportunities to life through data driven storytelling to inform complex decision making
• Proven experience with problem solving frameworks, understanding full problems to solve and analytical steps required to solve them
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex information to surface and articulate the most salient points

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$102,500.00 - $170,500.00 Annual
