Job summary

You will work across departments, tackle real technical projects, and interact with customer networks and applications under guidance from senior staff.

The program features executive mentorship, company-sponsored Lean Six Sigma training, networking events, and opportunities for year-long internships or full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing IT, Networking, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
• Learn internal software systems and become proficient.
• Support the Network Solutions team in maintaining customer hardware, software, and systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support for customer managed services and projects.
• Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals.
• Learn Cisco/Rockwell/Panduit plant network guidelines and assist with plant floor topologies.
