You will support account managers, participate in sales activities, and shadow across departments to help define your career path within a growing electrical distributor.

The program includes executive mentorship, Lean Six Sigma training, and networking events, with compensation up to $19 per hour depending on year in college.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in sales, Marketing/Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Joint sales calls with Account Managers
• Follow up sales support
• Counter day events
• Sales order entry & backorder follow up
• Provide bid & quote assistance
• Coordinate vendor purchases on direct & non-stock items
• CRM support
• Attend product trainings
• Cycle counting at Appleton counter
• Other related duties as assigned.
