Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a full-time Network Services Manager to own and operate the enterprise network across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations.

You will ensure reliable, secure service delivery, oversee incident, problem and change management, and govern MSP performance to meet SLAs and governance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in delivering and operating enterprise network services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years delivering and operating enterprise network services.
• Strong IT service management understanding incl. incident and change management.
• Experience managing MSPs and strategic vendors.
• Ability to lead service delivery within governance frameworks.
