Segra is seeking a Network Services Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role in Charlottesville, VA. This senior position leads complex multisite managed service deployments and serves as an operational authority within the Managed Services group.

The role requires coordinating crossfunctional teams, interpreting engineering docs, and mentoring team members while advancing projects to meet tight delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, service delivery, project coordination, or technical customer support.
• Working knowledge of VoIP, LAN/WAN switching/routing equipment (Adtran, Cisco Meraki), and CPE troubleshooting.
• Independent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting across multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills, including advanced technical discovery discussions.

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Network Services Coordinator to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

Network Services Coordinator is an advanced professional responsible for leading the delivery of complex, multisite, and multiproduct managed service deployments. This position serves as a senior operational authority within the Managed Services team, providing elevated technical interpretation, project leadership, and customer engagement throughout the full lifecycle of service delivery.

The Network Services Coordinator independently manages highvisibility customer deployments, interprets advanced engineering documentation, and drives crossfunctional teams to meet aggressive delivery timelines. This role exercises significant autonomy in decisionmaking, risk mitigation, and escalation management. Managed Services Coordinator II also contributes to process improvement initiatives and serves as a mentor for the team.

Salary Range:

$55,230 - $65,000
