Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Network Services Analyst II to perform technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of local and wide area network equipment and services. This role includes project management and analyses to ensure excellent system operations, reported in a day shift with full-time status.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of network operations experience, may hold CCNP/Network+/A+/Security+ certifications, and possesses healthcare networking exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred; networking experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using systems in IT or healthcare settings.
• Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals or with a healthcare system vendor preferred.
• Current Washington State Driver's License with a safe driving record per MHS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred, experience in networking may be substituted
• Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required
• Three-five (3-5) years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using (as a "super user") systems in an Information Technology or health care setting
• Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred
• Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $81,993.60 - $113,214.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
