Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational program in business, healthcare, or IT; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic Ambulatory experience and certification.
• Minimum four years of experience in health IT systems in hospitals or clinics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application configurations and ensure database integrity for all systems.
• Serve as first point of contact for users with application issues.
• Identify and isolate system, application, and performance issues using data and methodical testing.
• Update master files, profiles, dictionaries, and other DB management files.
• Design, code, test screens, forms, reports, interfaces to meet user needs.
• Assist with project work plans and resource coordination.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,910.40 - $131,040.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
