Job summary

Gordon Food Service seeks a Network Security Team Manager to oversee security efforts across Cloud and traditional networks, coordinating with North American sites and ensuring proactive changes. This role drives Zero Trust initiatives, evaluates tooling, and aligns with IT leadership to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage security projects, and ensure compliance with policies while balancing performance and cost.

Qualifications

• Eight years of information technology experience with two years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to foster partnerships with business leaders and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business function leaders to understand and align with business outcomes.
• Understand technologies and partner with IT leaders and third parties to deliver business value.
• Facilitate identification and selection of technology solutions and manage partners.
• Lead team to implement current digital solutions enabling transformational change.
• Assist business partners in identifying and prioritizing system improvements.
• Ensure systems meet SLAs and internal controls and adhere to security policies.
• Deliver strategic projects within delivery-management, methodologies, and standards.
• Maintain portfolio viability of systems within their domain.
• Work with IT Leadership to set priorities and resolve resource constraints.
• Develop roadmaps addressing trends while balancing usability, security, and performance.
