Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to design and advance our Zero Trust security posture across hybrid environments. You will drive the architecture, governance, and modernization of security across on‑prem, cloud, and OT/ICS contexts.

Responsibilities include leading SASE/ZTNA migrations, defining reference architectures, and collaborating with IAM, Cloud, and Network teams to ensure secure, scalable policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years designing and supporting enterprise security architectures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve enterprise security infrastructure with governance and scalability.
• Lead migration to modern SASE and ZTNA platforms across on‑prem and cloud.
• Develop security reference architectures and roadmaps aligned with Zero Trust and cloud adoption.
• Collaborate with Cloud, On‑Prem, IAM, and Network teams to enforce secure access controls.
• Provide guidance on NDR, segmentation, PKI, encryption, and secure application delivery.
