Job summary

Synergy ECP in Columbia, MD, seeks a senior Network Security Engineer to analyze complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions and provide security system documentation across CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities include site surveys, hardware installation planning, developing technical standards, conducting vulnerability reviews, and ensuring designs meet government security specs; TS/SCI w/ Poly and DoD 8570 IAT II required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and DoD 8570 IAT II certification requirement.
• At least 10 years of experience in network security engineering for SIGINT systems.
• Vendor certifications such as PCNSA/SNSA/SNSP or CCNA or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware systems and architectures for SIGINT solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and plan hardware installations across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Develop security standards and document security system design.
