We’re looking for a Network & Security Engineer who brings technical precision, security-first thinking, and a passion for operational excellence in multi-tenant environments. If you love diving deep into network design, proactively improving client security posture, and staying ahead of evolving threats — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and support client network environments (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, site-to-site topologies)
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Defender solutions across identity, endpoint, email, and data
• Monitor and respond to alerts from security platforms (SentinelOne, Ironscales, Defender, SIEM)
• Conduct vulnerability remediation and coordinate hardening strategies
• Lead technical execution for migrations, security assessments, and onboarding
• Collaborate with project managers and client success teams to deliver measurable results
• Continuously improve documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure standards

You Bring

• 4–8+ years of experience in network or security engineering (MSP or multi-client environments a plus)
• Mastery of TCP/IP, Layer 2/3 routing, VLANs, VPN tunnels, and common firewall platforms (Meraki, Fortinet, or Cisco preferred)
• Experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender for Endpoint/Office 365, Conditional Access, Entra ID)
• Familiarity with SIEM tools or centralized logging platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, ConnectWise, etc.)
• A proactive mindset — you don’t just react to alerts, you improve systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you translate technical detail into client clarity

Certifications (Preferred but not required)

• Microsoft SC-200, AZ-500, or MS-500
• CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA Security, or equivalent
