Job summary

CBTS in Irving, TX is seeking a Network Security Engineer II to join our Infrastructure and Security team. The role focuses on securing and managing enterprise network security platforms, including Palo Alto firewalls, VPN technologies, and Imperva WAF.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and tune security controls, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure robust protection across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of network security engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect, VPNs, and Imperva WAF.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Zero Trust concepts.
