ADP is seeking a Network Security Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain robust firewall architectures (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and monitor security events with Splunk. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto firewalls and configuring firewall rules and policies.
• Strong knowledge of intrusion detection systems and network security principles.
• Experience using Splunk or similar SIEM tools for monitoring and analysis.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, and network protocols relevant to security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls and other network security appliances.
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts using Splunk to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and remediate security gaps.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with industry best practices.
