Job summary

ADP is hiring a Network Security Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain robust network security solutions, protecting data and systems from cyber threats. You will configure and optimize devices like Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls, monitor with Splunk, and drive vulnerability assessments and incident response.

You will collaborate with IT teams to implement security enhancements, develop policies, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls and configuring firewall rules.
• Strong knowledge of intrusion detection systems and network security principles.
• Experience using Splunk or similar SIEM tools for monitoring and analysis.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs and security-relevant network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls and other network security appliances.
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts using Splunk.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and documentation.
