Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or a related field from an accredited university.
• Preferred ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Three (3) years of full-time work experience in data/networking analysis as a Network Security Analyst or related roles.
• Experience with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) and open source security tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage routine security events and vulnerabilities to resolution.
• Operate and monitor security systems across University campuses and provide real-time security network intelligence.
• Maintain and configure firewalls and VPNs for departments and colleges.
• Assist in risk assessment, incident remediation, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide training and support for IT security staff and end-user access management.
