Job summary

Fluidstack is building one of the largest datacenter networks for AI, delivering massive compute at scale. The Production Engineering Team owns end-to-end network health, from monitoring and alerting to automated repair and lifecycle workflows.

You will work across hyperscale sites with a focus on reliability, automation, and rapid incident resolution. We hire people who love solving hard problems and shipping production tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own network fleet health end to end: define realtime monitoring requirements, build alerting, and ship dashboards for on-call engineers across sites.
• Build active debugging tooling: link diagnostics, remote command execution across the fleet, and repair visualization to fast-solve faults.
• Turn repair into a pipeline: automation from detection through parts management to service return, with ticket integration and lifecycle tracking.
• Own network qualification and validation: frameworks that gate new sites and hardware into production.
• Own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at scale for Fluidstack's datacenter fabric.
