Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for Production Engineering in New York. You will own network fleet health end to end, build debugging tooling, and automate repair pipelines across a growing datacenter network.

You will define monitoring, enable rapid incident response, and push toward scalable reliability using Go, Python, and AI tooling. This role demands ownership, fast iteration, and strong systems thinking.

• You have automation experience in Go and Python, with expertise in link diagnostics and network monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own network fleet health end to end, defining monitoring requirements and dashboards.
• Build active debugging tooling for remote command execution and repair visualization.
• Turn repair into pipelines including parts management and return to service.
• Own network qualification and validation, defining healthy network criteria before traffic carries it.
• Own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of Fluidstack's datacenter network at scale.
