Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and seeking engineers to own end-to-end systems. You will ship production code across Go, Python, or TypeScript, work with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks, and automate hardware and facility workflows.

This role emphasizes autonomy, speed, and rigorous design on a high-scale GPU fleet. You will collaborate with product and site teams, on-call on rotation, and contribute to production-grade software that powers data centers and AI

Qualifikationen

• Shipped production code in Go, Python or TypeScript.
• Built features on LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Work with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Identify problems, design solutions, and ship independently.
• Move fast under deadlines while preserving foundations.
• Experience with on-call rotations and reducing pager noise.
• Product-focused with clear, usable interfaces.

Aufgaben

• Build the fleet health system with real-time telemetry and health checks.
• Turn repair and RMA into a generated, tracked workflow.
• Ship hardware qualification workflows as software components.
• Run facility operations on the same system as the fleet.
• Convert runbooks into checked procedures for teams.
