Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Network Customer Service Support Specialist to serve as the critical link between clients and solutions for Auto, Workers' Compensation, and Group Health programs. This fully remote role requires active participation during a 90-day training period with a fixed Mon-Fri schedule ET.

You will investigate issues across multiple systems, provide clear resolutions, and build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer or client support. Preferred experience in the medical coding or insurance industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, production environment.
  • Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or medical office preferred.
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively when communicating with all parties.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Job Description

This is a fully remote position. New hires are required to complete a 90-day training program with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Attendance is mandatory throughout the training period, and employees must be present and actively participate each scheduled day. Time off, schedule modifications, or alternative training hours are not permitted during the 90-day training period!

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.50 - $23.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
