Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Network/Technology Project Coordinator to support the client Project Manager in deploying nationwide client network services. The role is largely administrative, focusing on tracking deliverables, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring data integrity across the project lifecycle.

Based in Plano, TX, the position requires 2–4 years in technology project coordination and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience as a technology Project Coordinator.
• 8–10 years’ experience using PC in business environment including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables related to the implementation of client & network services at each branch
• Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
• Manipulate spreadsheets, including data input for client & network implementations
• Uploading spreadsheets and submit webforms into a centralized repository
• Record meeting minutes and assist Project Manager
• Quality-assure data sets for accuracy / data integrity
• Providing routine metrics and reporting
