Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Circuit Design TTU (Test and Turn-Up). The role requires advanced technical, analytical, and managerial skills to solve complex problems and lead across Transport disciplines.

Responsibilities include leading service assurance, network reliability, and customer satisfaction; conducting high-level analysis; and guiding field operations, core and installation teams with expertise in SONET and DACS technologies.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Transport network services lifecycle and operations.
• Subject matter expert in SONET and Digital Access Cross-Connect (DACS).
• Familiarity with EMS, OSS, network inventory and provisioning.
• Ability to read Circuit Layer Records and complex schematics.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive technical leadership on service assurance, delivery, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and analyze complex/transient issues in the Transport network.
• Design and produce technical bulletins, job aids, operational processes, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/database operations across Transport platforms (e.g., SONET, DAC).
• Interpret CLR and schematics to guide engineering and field teams.
• Direct personnel and contractors in Field Operations and Core/Customer Installation and Maintenance Centers.
