One of our portfolio companies is looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager to ensure the reliability and performance of its global network infrastructure. This is an early hire with high ownership, working across bare metal, WAN, and distributed systems.

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in network operations, data center environments, or high-performance computing infrastructure
• Familiarity with carrier-class networks and bare metal management
• Calm under pressure; strong incident response and cross-team coordination skills
• Comfortable working across time zones (e.g. EU timezone)
• Interest in blockchain, validation, or decentralized systems is a plus
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Own network monitoring, uptime, and rapid incident response
• Coordinate across teams (infra, validators, engineers) during live issues
• Contribute to tooling and automation for scaling ops ahead of mainnet
• Learn and manage complex systems powering decentralized infrastructure
