Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage large-scale network operations across data centers and enterprise networks. You will own end-to-end programs, drive incident and change management, and mentor teams to deliver reliable services.

The role emphasizes proactive analytics, process improvements, and collaboration with engineering to optimize SLAs, KPIs, and customer outcomes. A strong networking background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale network operations programs across data center and WAN.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, incident management, and service delivery.
• Hands-on with networking devices (Switches/Routers/Load Balancers) for 3–4 years.
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident/Change/Problem).
• Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure/AWS/OCI/Google Cloud) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network operations programs across Data Center, WAN, and Enterprise Network environments.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
• Team management including mentoring for professional growth.
• Proactive, data-driven, and automation-focused approach to operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
