Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a Senior Network Operations Engineer to lead global network operations, improve incident response, and ensure service reliability across enterprise, manufacturing, campus, and data center networks. You will guide operational deployment of new engineering-released network products, establish and enforce standards, and mentor engineers for disciplined execution across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise network operations, network engineering, or reliability roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, WAN/LAN, wireless, data center networking, monitoring, and support practices.
• Experience with high-availability environments and IT service management processes.
• Ability to lead improvements through influence, credibility, and structured execution.
• Experience deploying new network products into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across global network operations teams.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, architecture, and vendors.

• Communicate risks and improvement plans to leadership.
