Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and schedule workloads when necessary; assign staff and coordinate projects to ensure timely, efficient completion of tasks.
  • Provide leadership to staff to achieve/exceed goals and performance targets; provide training to staff to meet customer expectations in each customer touch point.
  • Provide training, coaching, or corrective action if target goals are not achieved.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff goals and performance; provide training, coaching, or corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and address unacceptable behaviors; enforce company policies and procedures.
