Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a Network Operations Engineer for 100% onsite work at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. The role supports CSfC deployments for a federal client within a fast-paced environment, requiring TS clearance and IAT II certifications. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain secure network infrastructure and related services.

The team collaborates across software, servers, and operations to ensure reliability, security, and performance in a government setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field or equivalent tech experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a Network Engineering role.
• Active Federal TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and CI Polygraph ability.
• Current IAT Level II Cyber Security certification (Security+, CySA+, CISSP or equivalent).
• Networking knowledge: BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VLANs, IPsec VPNs, ACLs, packet analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer network routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN termination appliances.
• Plan and perform network systems updates and disaster recovery operations.
• Install and configure network/server hardware and software per DISA STIG/NIST 800-53.
• Test and document systems status to support operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software network problems; replace faulty components.
• Monitor network performance and plan future changes.
• Collaborate with software, test, server, and operations staff.
