Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Command Center Analyst to join their 24/7 Operations team in Wilmington, DE. The role involves monitoring enterprise infrastructure and network health, investigating alerts, and coordinating resolutions with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in similar IT support environments, experience with SolarWinds or equivalent tools, and strong AD and backup/recovery skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a NOC, Command Center, Operations Center, Infrastructure Support, or similar IT support environment.
• Experience utilizing enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Netcool, Spectrum, or similar platforms.
• Experience working within a ticketing system and managing incident queues/escalations.
• Experience supporting Active Directory environments and performing basic account administration.
• Experience with backup and restore processes, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure and network health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
• Investigate and respond to alerts; execute automation and scheduled jobs.
• Perform backup and recovery activities and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
• Support Active Directory requests and maintain accurate ticketing and documentation across a global environment.
